Andrew Weiss – President & CEO. Mr. Weiss has an extensive background of leadership positions in large and small medical device companies, including 10 years with GE/GE Medical; VP Sales & Marketing, Marquette Medical; President & CEO of Vital Images (NASD; VTAL); President and CEO of Applied Biometrics; Vice President & General Manager of Medtronic Surgical Navigation Technologies and Vice President & General Manager of Medtronic Neurological.
Richard Schallhorn – Vice President, Marketing, R&D, Operations. Mr. Schallhorn has experience in medical device marketing, product, and new indication development, specifically, 15+ years at Medtronic where for the last 5 years he led marketing and planning for the fast-growing deep brain stimulation market.
Lorinda Austin – Vice President, Clinical Affairs. Ms. Austin has over 20 years clinical and medical device research experience, and has held senior leadership roles in Clinical Affairs spanning a variety of indications including heart failure at Medtronic and Acorn Cardiovascular, prostate treatment at Urologix and now stroke with CoAxia.
Sharon Kvistad – Vice President, Regulatory Affairs. Ms. Kvistad has 20+ years in medical device regulatory affairs experience across 510(k), IDE, PMA and post-approval compliance, including extensive experience in cardiac implantables, interventional catheters and cochlear implants.
Shelby Hautman – Vice President, Finance & Administration. Ms. Hautman is a Certified Public Accountant and has 20 years of experience in both public accounting and industry. Her experience includes over 9 years at Pathfinder Venture Capital Funds and several years in the medical device industry that includes Raymedica, a spinal implant company.
